Psychlos Invent Teleportation

The exact date that the Psychlos invented teleportation is unclear; however, it was at least as long as 302,000 years ago—but may have been much earlier. The Psychlos employed teleportation to transport ore and run their mining business, which the Selachees helped them build through their banking network.
