Intergalactic Mining is the primary (and probably only) mining company for the vast Psychlo empire. Casually conquering planets, exterminating their populations, setting up shop and gutting each planet of its natural resources are the routine functions of Intergalactic Mining.

With strong ties to the Psychlo government, Intergalactic Mining is one of the largest and most powerful organizations throughout the galaxies. 
The company's policies revolve primarily around making money using any means possible, as summed up in the phrase "Let there be profit!"

Intergalactic (and Psychlo in general) tend to have a rather corrupt staff, with bribery, extortion and even sometimes murder a common occurrence. The ascending chain of command of Intergalactic is usually dictated by who pays off whom.

The Earth invasion conducted by Intergalactic about a thousand years ago was a routine task, including the loan taken out to finance it from the Selachee's Galactic Bank.
