Located near what used to be called the Ituri Forest in a
nation known in ancient times as Haut-Zaire, the African minesite
is a small branch compared to the minesite near Denver. Its
central office is situated near Lake Victoria.
For many years the African minesite has served as a resource
for tungsten. Over the centuries, though, it has been completely
covered by the jungle's canopy and is undetectable to recon
drone photography.
